Press mixture into pan | ||||||
Combine in blender: | ||||||

Cottage or Cream Cheese | 8 oz | 16 oz | 48 oz | |||
White Sugar or Honey | 1/3 cup | 2/3 cup | 2 cups | |||
Dry Milk Solids | ¼ cup | ½ cup | 1 ½Â cups | |||
Lemon Juice | 1 – 2 Tbl | 2 – 4 Tbl | 6 – 12 Tbl | |||

Pour over crust | ||||||
Peel, core, slice & arrange in a circle over filling: | ||||||

Mix and sprinkle over apples: | ||||||

Bake at 375‘ 25-35 minutes | ||||||
