I’ll start. I’m thankful for so many things… my wonderful husband, grace that I don’t deserve, good food to eat… I don’t have a favorite Thanksgiving food – I like them all, in the same bite… We’ll be hanging out with my Husband’s family this week. Can’t wait!!!

I like keeping most of my foods separated almost all the time -except- for at Thanksgiving. Making a gravy swimming pool in the mashed potatoes, throwing bits of stuffing and turkey in, and then eating it all with a big heaping spoon.
However, this year I had my first thanksgiving dinner with friends (and, being Canadian, it was at the beginning of October). Among the traditional things, I decided to do turkey breasts stuffed with portabellas, red onion, bread cubes, brie and a bit of white wine. It was pretty good.
Josh, you make me laugh. Can’t wait to hang out with you in a few weeks!!!
And I think I will be ordering some of what you made for Thanksgiving for us to cook together when you visit. It sounds amazing!!
