Honey Roasted Carrots

Sweet, slightly crispy carrots. Yum.
Ingredients
  • 2 carrots, sliced on an angle
  • 2 T (or more) honey
  • olive oil
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Place carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey, olive oil and a bit of salt.
  2. Bake at 375F for 10-20 minutes until soft and slightly browned.
