Homemade doesn’t get much easier than this granola.
Ingredients
- 8 C oats
- 1/4 C honey
- 1/4 C agave
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 C hot water
- 1/2 C canola oil
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200F.
- Mix oats, flour, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix honey, agave, maple syrup, vanilla, water and oil.
- Mix wet into dry. Combine.
- Spread on 2 baking sheets.
- Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Cool completely on a clean tea towel. Store in an airtight container.
