Aw shucks. Gee-golly. I’m humbled by these kind words. Not so humble that I don’t want to share them though. I love to plan menus! And it brings me so much joy to hear people rave about them. It really warms my heart. Thanks for the niceness, friends!
Summer Janssen – August 1, 2011 I have many food sensitivities, and Rachel created an absolutely amazing menu that allows for these and will please my whole family! I cannot wait to try these ideas! There is so much variety, and she also incorporated fresh veggies from my garden, so it’s healthy and saves money. My mouth is watering just thinking about all these delicious meals! Jennifer Swedlund – July 6, 2011 Having a month of meals planned for me came at the perfect time – at the end of the school year with a new crawler in the house! Instead of throwing a meal together with whatever was on hand, I was able to use specific ingredients that were coordinated and tasty. One of the included recipes is now one of my family’s favorite.
Nelina England – May 25, 2011 While I love to cook and try to plan a menu every two weeks, I find that I tend to go back to the same old stand-bys. Nothing wrong with that, but sometimes I need to step out of my box and try something new! I’ve tried pouring through magazines or websites to find ideas, but it’s so time consuming and half the time the finished product is less than satisfactory. Enter Rachel! :o) Her menu plan was wonderfully laid out, and I must say that every meal was delicious! Rachel’s Apple Bacon Pizza is a personal favorite of mine! I especially love that she includes uses for leftovers…. no more moldy tupperwares in the back of my fridge! Thanks Rachel!!
AlexandraJoy Wig – April 11, 2011 Thank you Rachel for the amazing Menu Moyenne. We had a blast choosing from your delicious options and it felt great to have a meal plan heading into a busy week. Amanda Renney – March 2, 2011 I am a busy mom, taking care of my one year old daughter! I am also trying to prepare healthy, and balanced meals. It takes time to look up healthy recipes…time, I don’t always have! So, I called on Rachel to help me! Rachel prepared a week’s worth of low-calorie, hearth-healthy meals for our family. Christa VanZee – February 19, 2011 Rachel seriously has a gift. Meals have come alive in our house! No more making grilled cheese 5 nights a week because I forgot to think of something else to make! This makes the planning easy, adds variety…AND gives ways to use leftovers so I don’t end up throwing away food I forgot I had in the refrigerator! She gives suggestions for those quick-and-easy meals that everyone needs once in a while, great ideas of recipes, and so much creativity without being off-the-wall. Very do-able meals, complete with ideas for sides. I am NOT a cook…but with these suggestions, I actually look forward to making dinner! Thanks, Rachel!
Suzanna Olson – February 18, 2011 Rachel has a gift!!! I’m not talented in menu planning… I need help scheduling my month and getting the most out of leftovers. Rachel helped me through the process of setting up a month of meals, specific to my family’s dietary needs. We have some food we can’t eat, but that was no problem for Rachel. It’s worth the money to plan up front, because I am prevented from buying stuff I don’t need, not using leftovers, and eating out too often. I was 110% satisfied with her and can’t wait to use her services again!
Brandy Payne – February 17, 2011 I have LOVED having a menu to cook from this last month! Although I would consider myself one who “knows” how to plan a menu, what I appreciated most was someone else’s food ideas. I find that I get stuck in ruts, and we go through the same 7-10 meals over and over. Even when picking new meals from a magazine I find I stick to similar dishes. None of the meals have been weird, mostly things that are just not in my normal 7-10 meals. I also enjoyed having side dishes paired with the items as well. And nothing was crazy on the food budget, so that was nice too! I really enjoy cooking but was getting bored with the same things, so have truly enjoyed new items and someone else making the decision for me!! No more pouring through magazines or cookbooks or my brain trying to decide what to eat – it’s there on the calendar! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a change in what they are cooking, or needing help with planning a menu – and the options for a grocery list and recipes included are awesome!!
