Monday Carrot Cake Pancakes (Joy the Baker cookbook p35 or this recipe) Bacon and Eggs Try some Llano Seco Organic bacon! Try some Burroughs Family Farm organic eggs!
Tuesday Chile Maple Glazed Roast Pork with Caramelized Leeks (or Onions) and Mushrooms Oven-Roasted Cauliflower Wilted Greens with Bacon Any kind of pork roast – ham would work well too! Top greens with walnuts for some extra yum!
Wednesday Ham & Corn Chowder Corn Muffins This Week’s Feast episode 13! As always, links will go live with the show. Use leftovers from Tuesday’s roast for the soup.

Scalloped Rutabagas Arugula & Pea Tendril Salad Use pea tendrils or arugula flowers in this salad!
Friday Veggie Calzone Green Salad with Orange Dressing Add other veggies to the calzone if desired. Whisk together the juice from one orange, a splash of red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, a bit of maple syrup or honey, a pinch of salt. Whisk in olive oil. Toss salad of: lettuce, orange, walnuts/almonds.

Sunday Bean & Green Soup Crusty Bread
